Narrative:

There are no taxi lines to ensure wingtip separation; and there are no wingwalkers to ensure separation between wingtips of parked and taxiing aircraft at the cargo ramp with an aircraft parked in the '4TH' (or extra unmarked) parking spot. This extra parking spot creates a wingtip clearance hazard when taxiing in or out of cargo slot 2 or 3 with all other spots occupied; which happens daily. I believe that sooner or later someone will hit wingtips with a parked aircraft.

Title: ACR CAPT STATES THERE ARE NO TAXI LINES AND NO WING WALKERS AT HNL CARGO RAMP SPOT.

Narrative: THERE ARE NO TAXI LINES TO ENSURE WINGTIP SEPARATION; AND THERE ARE NO WINGWALKERS TO ENSURE SEPARATION BETWEEN WINGTIPS OF PARKED AND TAXIING ACFT AT THE CARGO RAMP WITH AN ACFT PARKED IN THE '4TH' (OR EXTRA UNMARKED) PARKING SPOT. THIS EXTRA PARKING SPOT CREATES A WINGTIP CLRNC HAZARD WHEN TAXIING IN OR OUT OF CARGO SLOT 2 OR 3 WITH ALL OTHER SPOTS OCCUPIED; WHICH HAPPENS DAILY. I BELIEVE THAT SOONER OR LATER SOMEONE WILL HIT WINGTIPS WITH A PARKED ACFT.
