Narrative:

I was working nebound at 070. I noticed an unverified fast moving VFR target that indicated 065. Issued traffic to aircraft X. Aircraft X reported aircraft in sight and confirmed that it was a fighter jet. The target appeared to be climbing. I issued the new indicated altitude and offered aircraft X a climb. Aircraft X was concerned that this was a very close call so I gave him the number to the center to call.
