Narrative:

After departure from ZZZ at approximately 7000 ft; flight attendant #1 called with smoke in the cabin. Confirmed smoke with all flight attendants and instructed the first officer to level off and return to ZZZ. Not sure if emergency was declared by myself or first officer. Completed the checklist for 'smoke and fumes in the cabin.' after taking the radios back; I talked to ATC and gave them the nature of the emergency; the souls on board; and fuel remaining. I also requested aarf to stand by. Returned to ZZZ with an uneventful landing.
