Narrative:

Second 10 was extremely busy. I was the rio controller. Aircraft Y was a lear jet. When aircraft X; ACRJ200; reported leaving FL310; I assigned that altitude to aircraft Y (non-rvsm). The CRJ200 leveled at FL320 and aircraft Y leveled at FL310. Having not experienced a non-rvsm aircraft in over two years; I forgot the altitude at which 2000 ft is required.
