Narrative:

Gate agent gave the flight crew the load sheet with an error; listing the number of passenger as 5 instead of 45. Neither the captain nor first officer noticed the error. In cruise flight dispatch sent new ZFW and gwt via ACARS. The new numbers were entered into the FMC and opc for new landing data. I will give a more thorough check of the load sheet against what is on the napkin. Load sheet listed 5 passenger when there was 45 passenger.
