Narrative:

The flight attendants called saying they had a passenger who passed out and they needed a patch to medical. While working on the patch at XA43 the flight attendants called again this time with 4 bells and stated that he was unconscious; bleeding and we needed to land now. At that point the captain declared a medical emergency with center and we diverted to ZZZ1. We notified ground crews of the condition of the man and the need to have paramedics. As a result of the diversion an overweight landing took place and the required inspection was done prior to continuing our flight.
