Narrative:
Working 5 hours into my shift; I installed a 700 series brake onto an 800 series aircraft. The brakes I had picked up were next to the 800/900 series; so I picked it up. I was tired and didn't pay attention to the part number and so the wrong part was installed. I don't normally work on B737's.
