Narrative:

It was first officer's flight leg and we took off from ZZZ. At climb out; we had an ECAM engine bleed #2 fault. We completed ECAM actions; leveled off to our cruise altitude of FL360; and continued on. En route; I informed via ACARS maintenance and dispatch about the malfunction so that ZZZ1 would be ready to receive us. Dispatch then acknowledged back to us. On our filed routing out off the coast; we then had another ECAM engine bleed #1 fault. We performed ECAM actions and noticed the cabin was climbing rapidly. We were having rapid decompression of the cabin. Simultaneously; first officer and I donned our oxygen masks. I declared emergency with ATC; got clearance to 10000 ft and performed our emergency descent. Called flight attendants and informed them that we are having rapid decompression and over the PA I called cabin crew at stations. In our descent we then had ECAM cabin pressure excess cabin altitude. We were already in emergency descent and rechked and completed the ECAM up to the dropping of the oxygen masks. We then leveled off at 10000 ft. Once at 10000 ft out of radar contact and radio reception; an aircraft was relaying our intentions to ATC that we were direct to ZZZ2 international and at also checking on the condition of all crew members and customers. The reply was that all were well. I informed the customers; over the PA; of our state and assured them all is well and we were heading to ZZZ2. Once with ATC contact we obtained ATIS; I set up for the ILS; briefed it; then took control of the aircraft. ZZZ2 was VFR. We landed smoothly and taxied to the gate with no further issues.
