Narrative:

We were sitting with right engine running waiting for weight and balance numbers when we felt a slight jolt. The first officer looked out and saw that aircraft Y had hit our right wing with his left wing. We shut the right engine down. The left wing of air carrier Y was resting on our right wing. Passenger noticed the wing walker with his wands up and never saw him cross his wands or give any indication that it was unsafe to continue taxiing into the spot at gate. Once the aircraft were separated and passenger deplaned; I inspected the wing and found no damage whatsoever to our aircraft.
