Narrative:

I was the PF as a sic; and did the approach to landing into gillette; wy. We were cleared for the visual approach to runway 21. The wind was 220 degrees at 15 KTS. As we entered the pattern; we had 1/4 flaps and 140 KIAS. I called for 1/2 flaps on the downwind. The PIC put them in. Abeam the numbers I called for gear. The PIC extended the gear and confirmed 3 green. Turning base I called for full flaps. The PIC put them in. On final we were on the PAPI with 2 white and 2 red lights. Over the threshold the PIC called out vref +10. Over the numbers the PIC called out vref. Over the numbers we experienced a sudden loss of lift and airspeed. The PIC called for power. I increased power. The PIC called for a go around and took the plane. As the plane accelerated the main landing gear impacted the ground prior to climb out. We returned for a second landing; which was performed by the PIC and was normal. After parking the plane we observed the right main strut was compressed and there was a fuel leak in the left engine nacelle. The PIC contacted the company maintenance department and began the process of getting the airplane evaled and repaired. This was my first landing in the aircraft after completing ground school and simulator training.
