Narrative:

Took off out of cyhz and climbing through 10000 ft we got a cargo 'bottle low' caution message. In running the QRH we did the cargo bottle test and did not receive a green light for bottle #1 or #2 (normal or standby). As per the QRH we returned to the nearest suitable airport which was still cyhz. On final approach into cyhz the caution message went away. A safe landing was made at cyhz and we taxied to the gate.
