Narrative:

The flight departed heading to orf. During gear retraction we had 2 or 3 unusual warnings. The only one that stayed illuminated was wow input caution. At a safe altitude; I contacted maintenance control through dispatch and discussed the problem with them. We determined to continue to orf after following the QRH; which just had us verify that the nosewheel steering was on. The flight continued without incident. When we extended the landing gear for landing; we received 1 additional caution outboard antiskid. The QRH stated to increase landing distance by 1.9% and no hard use of brakes. There was 9000 ft of runway so this was no factor. There was a right crosswind and we landed with the right wing low. It was not a hard landing. The aircraft settled with the left wing a bit low; but at first I couldn't tell if it was from the crosswind. During the last of the rollout we suspected we had a flat tire. There were no controllability issues. The aircraft taxied with no unusual power inputs so we slowly proceeded to the gate. While the passenger deplaned; one commented either to the first officer or flight attendant that he had heard an unusual noise when we took off. I suspect that one or both tires blew at rotation during takeoff. This most likely caused the wow input caution message. I suspect that the disintegrating tires tore off the gear door upon landing. The airport operations people found a lot of rubber and the gear door on the runway at orf.

Title: CRJ200 FLT CREW HAS EICAS WARNING AFTER TKOF; TIRE FAILURE AND ACFT DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED AT DEST.

Narrative: THE FLT DEPARTED HEADING TO ORF. DURING GEAR RETRACTION WE HAD 2 OR 3 UNUSUAL WARNINGS. THE ONLY ONE THAT STAYED ILLUMINATED WAS WOW INPUT CAUTION. AT A SAFE ALT; I CONTACTED MAINT CTL THROUGH DISPATCH AND DISCUSSED THE PROB WITH THEM. WE DETERMINED TO CONTINUE TO ORF AFTER FOLLOWING THE QRH; WHICH JUST HAD US VERIFY THAT THE NOSEWHEEL STEERING WAS ON. THE FLT CONTINUED WITHOUT INCIDENT. WHEN WE EXTENDED THE LNDG GEAR FOR LNDG; WE RECEIVED 1 ADDITIONAL CAUTION OUTBOARD ANTISKID. THE QRH STATED TO INCREASE LNDG DISTANCE BY 1.9% AND NO HARD USE OF BRAKES. THERE WAS 9000 FT OF RWY SO THIS WAS NO FACTOR. THERE WAS A R XWIND AND WE LANDED WITH THE R WING LOW. IT WAS NOT A HARD LNDG. THE ACFT SETTLED WITH THE L WING A BIT LOW; BUT AT FIRST I COULDN'T TELL IF IT WAS FROM THE XWIND. DURING THE LAST OF THE ROLLOUT WE SUSPECTED WE HAD A FLAT TIRE. THERE WERE NO CONTROLLABILITY ISSUES. THE ACFT TAXIED WITH NO UNUSUAL PWR INPUTS SO WE SLOWLY PROCEEDED TO THE GATE. WHILE THE PAX DEPLANED; ONE COMMENTED EITHER TO THE FO OR FLT ATTENDANT THAT HE HAD HEARD AN UNUSUAL NOISE WHEN WE TOOK OFF. I SUSPECT THAT ONE OR BOTH TIRES BLEW AT ROTATION DURING TKOF. THIS MOST LIKELY CAUSED THE WOW INPUT CAUTION MESSAGE. I SUSPECT THAT THE DISINTEGRATING TIRES TORE OFF THE GEAR DOOR UPON LNDG. THE ARPT OPS PEOPLE FOUND A LOT OF RUBBER AND THE GEAR DOOR ON THE RWY AT ORF.
