Narrative:

Uncommanded shutdown of left engine after landing on rollout. Speed approximately 20 KTS prior to exiting runway. Noticed generator offline then load shed indications; red oil pressure indication. Shut off engine with fuel control switch. Taxied without incident to gate on remaining engine. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the cause of the uncommanded left engine shutdown on landing roll is unknown as maintenance has released no information on the maintenance action taken. The reporter stated when writing up the report and reviewing the logbook it indicated this uncommanded shutdown after landing has happened several times.

Narrative: UNCOMMANDED SHUTDOWN OF L ENG AFTER LNDG ON ROLLOUT. SPD APPROX 20 KTS PRIOR TO EXITING RWY. NOTICED GENERATOR OFFLINE THEN LOAD SHED INDICATIONS; RED OIL PRESSURE INDICATION. SHUT OFF ENG WITH FUEL CTL SWITCH. TAXIED WITHOUT INCIDENT TO GATE ON REMAINING ENG. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE CAUSE OF THE UNCOMMANDED L ENG SHUTDOWN ON LNDG ROLL IS UNKNOWN AS MAINT HAS RELEASED NO INFO ON THE MAINT ACTION TAKEN. THE RPTR STATED WHEN WRITING UP THE RPT AND REVIEWING THE LOGBOOK IT INDICATED THIS UNCOMMANDED SHUTDOWN AFTER LNDG HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES.
