Narrative:

We were taxiing on ramp in atl. We received a caution message that an air conditioning pack had overheated. Before we could run the checklist we received a smoke fwd lav warning. I called the flight attendants and verified that there was smoke in the cabin. We proceeded to evacuate the aircraft on the ramp after running the appropriate evacuation checklist. Fire personnel arrived and cleared the aircraft stating that there was no fire but smoke had been in the plane. We kept the passengers a safe distance from the plane and had our operations personnel bring a bus to take them back to the terminal. There were no injuries.
