Narrative:

I svced both engines on B757 ship. After filling #2 engine I reinstalled the oil cap. I was distraction for a few moments when I asked my coworker to inspect the chip detector and although I thought that I locked the oil cap in place there remains a possibility that I did not. When the aircraft arrived at ZZZ1 #2 engine was leaking and the amt servicing found the oil cap off. The oil tank was full according to the signoff.
