Narrative:

Uret has the functionality to turn-on and turn-off special use airspace status which; when on; will generate a conflict to previous sectors. Both times and altitudes can be entered into uret for complete accuracy; or it can be activated on a one-time basis. A facility is generally responsible for this turn-on and turn-off procedure. It has come to light that ZHU does not use this function for the warrior MOA; the tiger atcaa; or the associated restr airspace in the fort polk area. To be activated; ZFW controllers must access inter-center functionality and guess at which of the many pieces of airspace is active. If the ZFW controller does not; no conflicts will appear. ZHU needs to complete this task.
