Narrative:

Flight crew was on the runway 12R ILS at approximately 5 mi final when switching to tower frequency. We heard a slight noise and yaw from the right engine; immediately followed by a master warning light and chimes. We noticed a right engine oil light on with also an indication of 0 torque on the right engine; no fire was noted. It seemed that the right egt was slightly lower than the left. We had approximately 20-25% torque on both engines before this incident. Being on final and with gear down and flaps at 20 degrees we completed memory items and contacted tower. I informed tower that we had a right engine failure and declared an emergency. Tower replied affirmative and cleared us to land. Approach and landing were uneventful and we contacted ground and taxied to the gate.
