Engine #3 flamed out on taxi in and as we turned around to go to the parking stand. WX was 2 degrees C; wind 250 degrees/18 KTS; 2 mi visibility 400 ft ceiling. Rain mixed with wet snow. Tried restart per maintenance with no success. No injury. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the airplane was OTS for 6 days and technicians were sent from the united states to work the engine. The failed engine component and the maintenance action taken is unknown.
