Narrative:
We were on a training flight preparing a student for a multi-engine rating. We shut down the right engine and feathered the propeller. A restart of the right engine was attempted; but the propeller never came out of feather. We secured the dead engine; declared an emergency and landed safely.

Narrative: WE WERE ON A TRAINING FLT PREPARING A STUDENT FOR A MULTI-ENG RATING. WE SHUT DOWN THE R ENG AND FEATHERED THE PROP. A RESTART OF THE R ENG WAS ATTEMPTED; BUT THE PROP NEVER CAME OUT OF FEATHER. WE SECURED THE DEAD ENG; DECLARED AN EMER AND LANDED SAFELY.
