Narrative:

I gave an information xfer to tokyo center. After the flight was no longer a factor for tokyo; the ocean 21 system sent a warning in the message queue to re-coordinate an altitude change. Attempting to satisfy this message; on the third try manila was selected as the facility and the coordinate with them was shown complete. About 3 hours later a supervisor advised me the flight entered manila without a xfer.
