Bna has an unsafe runway configuration due to noise abatement at night. Runway 31 is the required runway at night. All other runways are unavailable. Yes; we asked! Runway 31 has no PAPI; no VASI; no glideslope; no DME; no approach lights; no touchdown lights; no centerline lights; just to mention a few to give you the idea. This is the most dangerous approach and landing available at bna; yet that is the primary runway at night. The hardest time to land. This is dangerous and makes no sense.
