Narrative:

Placed in holding pattern due to unforecast WX at ZZZZ. Efc 15 mins. No hold fuel planned on flight planned fuel and only 12 mins of extra fuel available. Flight planned fuel was legal for original forecast. Expected further clearance extended; declared minimum fuel. Vectored from holding pattern shortly thereafter. Flew ILS runway 34L in heavy rain and moderate turbulence. Windshear alert warning at approximately 200 ft. Initiated windshear escape maneuver. Transitioned to normal missed approach after warning subsided. Informed approach that we were minimum fuel and requested vector to alternate ZZZZ1. Approach stated that ZZZZ1 was full and unavailable. We declared an emergency for low fuel and requested vector to ZZZZ2. We were vectored to ZZZZ2 at low altitude; flew approach in moderate turbulence and heavy rain to ZZZZ2; a single runway airport. Landed with 14.5 pounds fuel which equates to approximately 40 mins of hold fuel; or enough fuel for 2 missed approachs at a single runway airport. ZZZZ2 was our last option.

Narrative: PLACED IN HOLDING PATTERN DUE TO UNFORECAST WX AT ZZZZ. EFC 15 MINS. NO HOLD FUEL PLANNED ON FLT PLANNED FUEL AND ONLY 12 MINS OF EXTRA FUEL AVAILABLE. FLT PLANNED FUEL WAS LEGAL FOR ORIGINAL FORECAST. EXPECTED FURTHER CLRNC EXTENDED; DECLARED MINIMUM FUEL. VECTORED FROM HOLDING PATTERN SHORTLY THEREAFTER. FLEW ILS RWY 34L IN HVY RAIN AND MODERATE TURB. WINDSHEAR ALERT WARNING AT APPROX 200 FT. INITIATED WINDSHEAR ESCAPE MANEUVER. TRANSITIONED TO NORMAL MISSED APCH AFTER WARNING SUBSIDED. INFORMED APCH THAT WE WERE MINIMUM FUEL AND REQUESTED VECTOR TO ALTERNATE ZZZZ1. APCH STATED THAT ZZZZ1 WAS FULL AND UNAVAILABLE. WE DECLARED AN EMER FOR LOW FUEL AND REQUESTED VECTOR TO ZZZZ2. WE WERE VECTORED TO ZZZZ2 AT LOW ALT; FLEW APCH IN MODERATE TURB AND HVY RAIN TO ZZZZ2; A SINGLE RWY ARPT. LANDED WITH 14.5 LBS FUEL WHICH EQUATES TO APPROX 40 MINS OF HOLD FUEL; OR ENOUGH FUEL FOR 2 MISSED APCHS AT A SINGLE RWY ARPT. ZZZZ2 WAS OUR LAST OPTION.
