Narrative:

During initial takeoff roll; spool up power applied; at approximately 20-40 KIAS. Felt like right brake locked up. I brought the aircraft to a stop on the runway 23L. I taxied clear off the active runway. Tower reported smoke from the right main. We requested fire trucks. Fire rescue reported no smoke. We shut down #2 engine; taxied back to the gate with no further incident. No injuries to crew or passenger.
