Narrative:

I removed and replaced #1 position per maintenance manual. Accomplished ground test; test passed no faults noted; and signed off the flight maintenance report run. I overlooked making action taken logbook entry on item #28 was signed off. In the future I will make sure logbook entries are signed.

Narrative: I REMOVED AND REPLACED #1 POS PER MAINT MANUAL. ACCOMPLISHED GND TEST; TEST PASSED NO FAULTS NOTED; AND SIGNED OFF THE FLT MAINT RPT RUN. I OVERLOOKED MAKING ACTION TAKEN LOGBOOK ENTRY ON ITEM #28 WAS SIGNED OFF. IN THE FUTURE I WILL MAKE SURE LOGBOOK ENTRIES ARE SIGNED.
