Narrative:

During the teb 5 departure; PF accidentally climbed through 1500 ft to approximately 1800 ft just before the required 4.5 NM DME fix. A verbal warning from the PNF at 1600 ft was acknowledged but resulted in an additional 200 ft before climb was stopped. The departure was briefed in full on the ground twice. A distracting factor could have been the PNF building a new full clearance in the FMS while PF was setting up for the departure. This was due to class B saturation and a new full clearance routing to destination initiated by ATC just before departure.
