Narrative:

We were flying into cle to drop our plane off for maintenance. My captain was flying. Approach had us on a heading of 250-260 degrees for intercept of runway 24R approach course. Cleveland approach cleared us for the ILS to runway 24R. I told captain; cleared for the approach; and looked down for 5-10 seconds to run the checklist. I noticed the airplane turning to the left; I looked up; saw the localizer deflected to the right; heading indicator rolling through 140 degrees; and I asked what he was doing. He seemed confused; started making excuses; I told him to turn back to the right. I tried to turn the controls. He had a firm grip on the controls. He seemed unwilling to listen to me; and I again said turn; turn back to the right; now. I turned our TCAS page on to look for traffic; I saw the airport; and saw that we were left off runway 24L approach course. Approach and tower never said anything. We came back onto runway 24R and landed without further incident. I plan on having a meeting with my employers about this.
