Narrative:
Frequency 132.5 at ZNY has an ATIS. Music station broadcasting over the frequency. The pilots have been complaining for months; but nothing has been done. It is only a matter of time before control instructions are missed.

Title: CTR CTLR STATES THAT FREQ 132.5 HAS OVERLAPPING RADIO INTERFERENCE FROM A BROADCASTING STATION AND AN UNKNOWN ATIS SOURCE WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR PLTS TO HEAR ATC INSTRUCTIONS.
Narrative: FREQ 132.5 AT ZNY HAS AN ATIS. MUSIC STATION BROADCASTING OVER THE FREQ. THE PLTS HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING FOR MONTHS; BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE CTL INSTRUCTIONS ARE MISSED.
