Narrative:

In cruise flight; got the #1 engine low oil pressure warning. Alerted for the third time in the past 4 days. We performed the QRH procedures and landed in ZZZ without further event on #1 engine; as did the 2 crews before us! Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that his air carrier's feedback to him indicated that the 11TH stage bleed pressure to the oil tank was restr and; therefore; not keeping a pressure head on the oil tank. Because of low pressure head; the oil pressure indicated below normal. The air carrier consulted with the engine manufacturer to finally resolve the problem. The reporter praised his air carrier for finally fixing this aircraft's problem but he sees a pattern similar to this with recurring flts and the same failures repeating after maintenance has signed the logbook off. The reporter feels that his air carrier allows pilots to test fly aircraft with revenue passenger on board. He is very experienced with this aircraft and has no problem with malfunctions but he is concerned about low time new hire pilots and new capts getting into situations they would have difficulty handling.

Title: A CRJ200 #1 ENG LOW OIL PRESSURE WARNING ALERTED FOR THE THIRD TIME IN 4 DAYS. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMER AND LANDED.

Narrative: IN CRUISE FLT; GOT THE #1 ENG LOW OIL PRESSURE WARNING. ALERTED FOR THE THIRD TIME IN THE PAST 4 DAYS. WE PERFORMED THE QRH PROCS AND LANDED IN ZZZ WITHOUT FURTHER EVENT ON #1 ENG; AS DID THE 2 CREWS BEFORE US! CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT HIS ACR'S FEEDBACK TO HIM INDICATED THAT THE 11TH STAGE BLEED PRESSURE TO THE OIL TANK WAS RESTR AND; THEREFORE; NOT KEEPING A PRESSURE HEAD ON THE OIL TANK. BECAUSE OF LOW PRESSURE HEAD; THE OIL PRESSURE INDICATED BELOW NORMAL. THE ACR CONSULTED WITH THE ENG MANUFACTURER TO FINALLY RESOLVE THE PROB. THE RPTR PRAISED HIS ACR FOR FINALLY FIXING THIS ACFT'S PROB BUT HE SEES A PATTERN SIMILAR TO THIS WITH RECURRING FLTS AND THE SAME FAILURES REPEATING AFTER MAINT HAS SIGNED THE LOGBOOK OFF. THE RPTR FEELS THAT HIS ACR ALLOWS PLTS TO TEST FLY ACFT WITH REVENUE PAX ON BOARD. HE IS VERY EXPERIENCED WITH THIS ACFT AND HAS NO PROB WITH MALFUNCTIONS BUT HE IS CONCERNED ABOUT LOW TIME NEW HIRE PLTS AND NEW CAPTS GETTING INTO SITUATIONS THEY WOULD HAVE DIFFICULTY HANDLING.
