Narrative:

Aircraft returned to ZZZ after repeat pilot reports of automatic pressurization fail in flight. Aircraft had been released from heavy check where I had performed the post engine runs in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals and work cards as required. I performed a manual pressurization check in accordance with the maintenance manual with no failure or leak. I then signed all pertaining non routine work card and maintenance work cards off as applicable. Upon returning we found that the aft cargo door seal was incorrectly installed. We fixed the seal; flew functional check flight and returned aircraft to service.
