Narrative:

We were at FL380 20 NM in trail of a B747 that was at FL390. Light turbulence encountered; seatbelt sign turned on and flight attendants instructed to be seated via PA. Turbulence increased to occasional moderate; galley cart fell on back of flight attendant that had sat on the floor in the aft galley. She complained of back pain; was met in sfo by a flight attendant supervisor and was to be taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

Title: A B777-200 OVER THE PACIFIC IN TRAIL OF AND 1000 FT BELOW A B747 ENCOUNTERED MODERATE WAKE TURB. A FLT ATTENDANT WAS INJURED WHEN A GALLEY CART WAS TOPPLED ONTO HER.
