Narrative:

Aft waste water drain mast heating system(south) inoperative. Plane lavatory and galley water supplies were secured off. Affected lavatory = (all 3!). Sinks secured close with tape. Affected lavatories did not set flush; only vacuum flush was working (all 3 lavatories!). Exceptionally unsanitary conditions: not having running water anywhere on the plane for a 5 hour flight. Potential health hazard!

Narrative: AFT WASTE WATER DRAIN MAST HEATING SYS(S) INOP. PLANE LAVATORY AND GALLEY WATER SUPPLIES WERE SECURED OFF. AFFECTED LAVATORY = (ALL 3!). SINKS SECURED CLOSE WITH TAPE.
