Narrative:

Aircraft had a must fix item and aircraft was scheduled for a trip. Aircraft was swapped to an earlier trip which I was unaware of until last min. I was pressured to complete logbook by management and the must fix item was not accomplished. In the future; schedule changes will not influence my thoroughness of my paperwork or affect my job performance. In addition; I brought the issue of poor management communication up to the company for immediate correction. Aircraft departure time was moved sooner; without communication to all involved.
