WX present in northern part of sector. Aircraft #1 was nwbound climbing to FL320. Aircraft #2 was sebound at FL290. Aircraft #2 was climbed to FL310 for additional traffic at FL290 and the aircraft #1 traffic was overlooked.

Narrative: WX PRESENT IN NORTHERN PART OF SECTOR. ACFT #1 WAS NWBOUND CLBING TO FL320. ACFT #2 WAS SEBOUND AT FL290. ACFT #2 WAS CLBED TO FL310 FOR ADDITIONAL TFC AT FL290 AND THE ACFT #1 TFC WAS OVERLOOKED.
