Narrative:

Tug was pushing aircraft out of gate. Tug gears slipped; jolting aircraft very hard -- throwing my head and back into corner of partition. This is the second time within 1 yr that I have been injured; while standing; waiting to start the safety demonstration. Both incidents involved aircraft accidents on the ramp. To prevent these injuries; all flight attendants should be seated during any aircraft movement.
