Narrative:
The aircraft was boarded with people so I did not take the extra time to research ipc proper location; so I replaced r-hand front window heat controller. I should have replaced the r-hand side. After aircraft departed; I took the time to research. The part I installed did not look anything like the right side; so I replaced right front which looked like it. After researching part; all 4 locations can have same part number. I should have trusted the label on the aircraft rack.
