Narrative:

Dispatch has failed to disseminate critical NOTAM information for lga. Several weeks ago; the lga VOR/DME was relocated. This has affected almost every published procedure for the airport. Yet none of the NOTAMS listed below were ever disseminated. Most critically on the lga 9 departure; turns off of runway 13 are now started at 2.9 NM from lga instead of 2.5 NM. In addition; all missed approach procedures requiring the VOR have been changed; arrival procedures have been modified; and the FAF on runway 22 was renamed. None of this information has been transmitted on the release. It is unreasonable to expect me to call FSS for NOTAM information that should be on the release. When I read the NOTAM information on the release; I need to be able to trust that it is complete.

Title: EMB145 CAPT RPTS NOT RECEIVING CRITICAL NOTAMS ABOUT LGA FROM THE COMPANY.

Narrative: DISPATCH HAS FAILED TO DISSEMINATE CRITICAL NOTAM INFO FOR LGA. SEVERAL WKS AGO; THE LGA VOR/DME WAS RELOCATED. THIS HAS AFFECTED ALMOST EVERY PUBLISHED PROC FOR THE ARPT. YET NONE OF THE NOTAMS LISTED BELOW WERE EVER DISSEMINATED. MOST CRITICALLY ON THE LGA 9 DEP; TURNS OFF OF RWY 13 ARE NOW STARTED AT 2.9 NM FROM LGA INSTEAD OF 2.5 NM. IN ADDITION; ALL MISSED APCH PROCS REQUIRING THE VOR HAVE BEEN CHANGED; ARR PROCS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED; AND THE FAF ON RWY 22 WAS RENAMED. NONE OF THIS INFO HAS BEEN XMITTED ON THE RELEASE. IT IS UNREASONABLE TO EXPECT ME TO CALL FSS FOR NOTAM INFO THAT SHOULD BE ON THE RELEASE. WHEN I READ THE NOTAM INFO ON THE RELEASE; I NEED TO BE ABLE TO TRUST THAT IT IS COMPLETE.
