Narrative:

Just prior to touchdown with aircraft on glide path and on speed and properly configured for a flaps 30 degree landing; we received a 'too low terrain' warning. The aircraft was 50 ft or less from touchdown and confign rechked ok and normal landing was made. The ILS 11 approach was in the FMC and selected and PNF was in automatic-update until less than 5 mins from touchdown. FMC had the correct active navigation database. As this runway was recently opened there may be a need to update or correct the navigation database for runway 11 at stl.
