Narrative:
VFR flight to tvl. Looked up tvl in airport directory. CTAF 118.4; unicom 122.95; right traffic runway 36. Flew over field wind from north approximately 10 KTS. Entered mid field right downwind runway 36. Said intentions position on CTAF 118.4. Over threshold I see airplane lights coming in to land runway 18. The cpr jet executed a go around. I continue to land; taxi to ramp. They landed runway 18; taxied ramp; talked. He was very upset to go around; near miss; and couldn't hear me on 122.95 unicom. I was also told you land runway 18 takeoff runway 36 and 118.4 is no longer in use. When I called FSS I was not briefed to land runway 18 or takeoff runway 36; nor that 118.4 is no longer in use.
