Narrative:

While spooling up the engines for takeoff; we received an emergency call from one of the flight attendants. The flight attendant relayed that a passenger had declared an emergency in the cabin. The passenger heard noises in the sidewall of the aircraft and was yelling and dinging the call button. We stopped the takeoff at about 10-15 KTS; taxied off at the first available turnoff; and parked to investigate. I went back into the cabin; around row 13F and inquired what the passenger heard or saw. He stated he heard bubbling noises; and sounds of water or fuel hitting the side of the plane and running down. The captain ran the right engine up and some bubbling noises were heard coming from the air conditioning ducting behind the interior wall. I asked if the passenger wanted to be moved to another seat; as there were several around; to which the declined. We had to taxi to another runway as the wind had shifted. We departed without further fanfare. Subsequent flight was uneventful.
