Maximum power rolling takeoff by captain. As first officer made final throttle adjustments; got left engine prv message. First officer called out message displayed and captain aborted. Maximum airspeed that I saw was 100 KIAS. Takeoff wind was on the nose gusting to 30 KTS. Successful abort procedures accomplished. Supplemental information from acn 701023: performed procedures and came up with 30 mins for brake cooling. We cleared the runway and went to the nearby brake cooling area. Fire trucks used thermal imaging and confirmed brakes were heating up; reached top temperature after about 30 mins. After about 1 hour 15 mins; we returned to gate with crash fire rescue equipment escort.
