Narrative:

I am involved in this incident because I reviewed the work package and verified that all tasks on the work cards had been complied with. I did not service the engines nor open and close the cowls; that was accomplished by another tech and signed off as complete by that tech.

Title: A B737-400 WAS DISPATCHED WITH ONE OR MORE COWLING LATCHES NOT LOCKED AND SECURE. RPTR DISCLAIMS ANY INVOLVEMENT WITH ENG SVCING OR COWLING LATCHES.

Narrative: I AM INVOLVED IN THIS INCIDENT BECAUSE I REVIEWED THE WORK PACKAGE AND VERIFIED THAT ALL TASKS ON THE WORK CARDS HAD BEEN COMPLIED WITH. I DID NOT SVC THE ENGS NOR OPEN AND CLOSE THE COWLS; THAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY ANOTHER TECH AND SIGNED OFF AS COMPLETE BY THAT TECH.
