Narrative:

Left main landing gear brake and anti-skid hoses at the upper trunnion attachment were incorrectly attached; causing the anti-skid system to malfunction. I was the inspector performing rii on the hose connection and in my complacency only looked at the connection; overlooking the crossed hoses. The reason for the left main landing gear remove and install was for the bearing cap inspection; thus the wheels and brakes were never removed causing us to overlook operations checks of the brakes and anti-skid system. We followed gpm 4-00; and completely overlooked gpm 15-07.
