Narrative:

On push after setting brakes I thought we had received salute and release but apparently we hadn't. We called for taxi as I was doing single engine taxi out but 1 second after releasing brakes I reset them because I wasn't sure of salute. At same time rampie said they were still trying to shut communication door. I don't think plane moved but can't be sure it didn't move an inch. Ramp guy called us on interphone and all ok just that he needed little more time to shut door. He shut door and we left. Communications were difficult because of poor headset as he was hard to understand. Supplemental information from acn 698785: I heard banging from the right side; near the external power connection. When I looked out; a ramp agent was trying to re-snap the little door. He tried to explain that to me but it was loud; so I signaled for him to reconnect on the headset. He explained the bottom of the 3 snaps came open. He then pounded on it a little and then gave us the thumbs up and another salute and release.
