Narrative:

A runway incursion occurred as I was starting my takeoff roll at the san luis obispo airport. The controller told me I could perform an immediate takeoff or hold short of runway 29 at sbp; there was a CE500 on a 3 mi final. I told the controller I could take an immediate takeoff. I was cleared for takeoff on runway 29 at sbp. As I was accelerating to takeoff speed; a BE58 started to roll onto the runway. I was preparing to reject the takeoff when the controller told the BE58 pilot to hold short of runway 29 numerous times. I saw the BE58 holding short partially onto runway 29 and I had the clearance to continue the takeoff. I made the takeoff with no other problems.
