Narrative:

Cleared by ZAB to descend from FL230 to 16000 ft. At about 17500 ft TCAS called out traffic. Looked at the scope; and there was a yellow target 800 ft below us at about our 10 O'clock position and a couple of mi. I stopped the descent at about 17000 ft; while captain; we're talking about VFR traffic. We visually saw 2 F16's pass in front of our aircraft; and center said they saw one on radar; squawking VFR at 16500 ft. As the 2 passed from our 12 - 2 O'clock position; movement caught the corner of my eye; and I saw another F16 rolling right and knife edging through the horizon; as he passed behind the captain's window. All I saw was him rolling through from about 70 degrees through about 90 degrees; and his roll was continuing as his nose dropped; but I only had him in sight for about a second or two. Center then said they had a primary target only pulling away from us hard to our left; his right. As we landed at abq; a flight of 4 F16's landed; I do not know if this was the same flight.
