Narrative:

On or about the night of apr/wed/06; I had a right motor in which the CSD was drained; chip detectors checked in-line and internal CSD filter changed and wet spline svced. Upon servicing; I did the engine oil wet spline and starter oil when servicing the CSD. Found CSD cart to be empty. Went and got oil and filled cart as required. I must have inadvertently forgot to service the CSD. I thought I had svced all items. I then moved on to the check. When it was complete; I moved to forward cargo. To keep this from happening again; I will write it down if I leave in the middle of a job.
