Narrative:

As lead inspector fill in; I am supposed to submit service difficulty report. They come in the quality control folder. I thought that only closed service difficulty reports were submitted; so I waited until they closed. In doing so; a couple were turned in late. I asked yesterday about it; and then submitted some open ones as required. I attached copies of the service difficulty report log with highlighted discrepancies.
