Narrative:
Sector controller tried to forward an icing PIREP to columbus; northeast; AFSS (olu). Olu advised they were too busy and refused to copy the PIREP. I called olu AFSS on commercial phone and was told they were understaffed.

Narrative: SECTOR CTLR TRIED TO FORWARD AN ICING PIREP TO COLUMBUS; NE; AFSS (OLU). OLU ADVISED THEY WERE TOO BUSY AND REFUSED TO COPY THE PIREP. I CALLED OLU AFSS ON COMMERCIAL PHONE AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE UNDERSTAFFED.
