Narrative:

I entered the pattern at vll and started the before landing checklist. I was distraction by getting set up for a no flaps landing; and did not resume the checklist. In ground effect I pulled the throttles to idle; there was no warning horn. The plane touched down with gear up. I turned off the battery master; magnetos; generators and avionics master. The flaps did not operate on the first landing of the day at willow run. I made 2 lndgs at willow run with a safety pilot to verify that I could land in less than 3000 ft with no flaps and to verify the GS indicator. The 2 lndgs showed that I could land within 3000 ft without flaps
