Narrative:

Returned to lmt. Runways had just changed from runway 14 to runway 32. ATC advised runway 32 wind 250 degrees at 8 mi long landing approved. I flew 1/2 of runway 32 over centerline for more practice with crosswind; keeping aircraft straight and level. After landing without incident; upon rollout to taxi; wind gust lifted left wing. I had already turned into wind with landing and had no more aileron to turn. I added power but had slowed too much to help at that time. So killed power to slow momentum. Right wingtip struck ground. Aircraft stopped. No injury; no passenger. Told ATC I'm fine. Taxied back to hangar.
